Please note, we only offer store credit through an online gift card.

(Store credit is valid for 6 months)

 

Before we send an item, we carefully check and make sure everything is in great condition and up to our standards.

 

If there is an issue, please contact us within 48 hours to resolve the situation as soon as possible.

 

All sale items and items purchased with promo code are final and are not eligible for refund or exchange.

 

Due to hygienic reasons, no earrings are not eligible for refund, exchange or store credit.

 

To be eligible for a return, the item/order must be unused, not damaged and in the same condition that it was received in. It must also be in the original packaging with also receipt of proof of purchase. It must also be returned 14 days after delivery date. (Customer is responsible for Return Postage costs).

Please contact us via email first, before posting.

 

 If there is a faulty item, there is a 3 month warranty. We will offer a full amount store credit and cover shipping costs. 

 

If there is damage due to wear and tear, it is not covered under warranty. There must be a manufacturing fault or visible defect. Please see our Care Guide on how to look after your jewellery.
